Step 1: Meet with a member of our sales team to assist you in selecting the perfect materials for your project. During the material process, you will choose between natural stone options such as granite, quartzite, marble, or select a quartz manufactured slab. Appointments are not required, but recommended to ensure that we have a sales professional available to give your project the attention it deserves. Please note that a 60% deposit is required before we are able to order your slab/ hold material.

Step 2: Once you’ve selected your countertop material, our job coordinator will be in contact with you to schedule a visit to template your space accurately. Please ensure that sinks, faucets (including soap dispensers, air switches, water filtrations, and cooktops), are on-site. All final decisions, such as overhangs and other specifics, will be discussed on-site with our templater.

Step 3: After the layout of the stone and the final template data have both been finalized, we will begin our fabrication process. All of our projects are fabricated at The Tile Store.

Step 4: Our experienced installation crew will arrive at your location to install your countertops. Using precise measurements and careful craftsmanship, they will ensure a perfect fit and finish for your project.
